This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County.
After joining, you will begin your onboarding in the field. For at least 2 weeks, you will work directly with customers through marketing activities and interviews.
Through this experience, you will:
- Understand the real challenges and behaviors of our customers
- Learn how our service operates in practice
- Build the foundation required to support our business
After the field onboarding, you will continue with office-based training to learn internal operations and processes.
Through this training, you will:
- Understand how different teams (e.g., KYC, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Insurance) operate
- Learn how to manage information, processes, and daily operations
- Gain the skills required to work effectively within a team and support business operations
Requirements
Essential
- Willingness to work both in the field and at the office, and engage with customers directly
- Agility to adapt to new cultures and to learn very fast
- Patience to grow and to accept the feedback
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Basic Computer Proficiency
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written)
Desirable
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience in start-up environments
- Familiarity with the lending or motorcycle industry in Kenya
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working both in the field and office
- Curious and eager to understand customers deeply
- Commit to the result not the effort
- Contribute to the team members
