The Office Assistant at Trainingcred Institute will report directly to management and take ownership of multiple operational areas. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities without constant supervision. If you’re organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable with both physical tasks and administrative support work, this position offers a stable full-time career in office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning routines including workspace tidying, trash disposal, and sanitization of frequently-touched surfaces to maintain hygiene standards across the office.
- Conduct deep cleaning of shared areas—offices, conference rooms, kitchen facilities, and sanitary areas—on a weekly basis according to organizational standards.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and office materials, alerting management when replenishment is needed to prevent operational gaps.
- Open and secure the office premises at scheduled times, verifying that doors, windows, and electrical systems are properly locked and switched off before departure each day.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or security issues to supervisors promptly to prevent escalation.
- Provide hospitality support during meetings, team gatherings, and internal events, including preparing refreshments and organizing meeting spaces.
- Assist with document and supply collection, deliveries, and courier tasks within approved office protocols and working hours.
- Support office layout changes, event preparation, and workspace reconfiguration as directed by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in office support, facility maintenance, janitorial operations, or related office management roles.
- Practical experience operating cleaning equipment and handling commercial cleaning materials safely.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
- Excellent time management and organizational ability to balance multiple tasks independently.
- High standards of reliability, honesty, personal discipline, and precision in work output.
- Proven capability to follow instructions, work without direct supervision, and maintain workplace confidentiality.
- Certification in facility maintenance, workplace safety, or OSHA training is advantageous but not mandatory.
