Merchandiser-South Rift Job Topnotch Marketing
Looking for a sales job in Kenya? Topnotch Marketing is recruiting a Merchandiser position. The job is based in the South Rift region . Proficiency in merchandising, stock management, and relationship building is required.
We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to join our team and ensure our clients’ products are always perfectly placed, well-stocked, and ready to catch the customer’s eye.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating Impact: Building eye-catching product displays that drive sales.
- Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves to keep products
- Maintaining Standards: Ensuring all products are correctly priced, labeled, and aligned with our brand planograms.
- Relationship Building: Communicating effectively
- with store managers and staff to solve problems and secure better shelf space.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in merchandising, retail, or field sales
- Strong supervision and communication skills
- Good reporting and organizational skills
- Comfortable using mobile tools for reporting and tracking
- Willingness to travel and work flexible retail hours
