Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Consumables – Sales Person based in Nairobi. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert knowledge on medical consumables, and meeting sales targets. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and staying informed about industry trends to address client needs effectively. The Sales Person will also be responsible for managing accounts and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of not less than 2 years in Medical Sales and a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Knowledge or background in medical and laboratory consumables including devices to effectively understand and promote the products.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and a results-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or medical equipment industry is highly advantageous.
