KEDA CERAMICS is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Officer – Exclusive Frencia Showroom Construction to support the development, execution, and maintenance of Frencia exclusive showrooms. This role bridges marketing, construction coordination, and brand execution to ensure all Frencia showrooms meet the highest standards of design, quality, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Measure allocated showroom spaces and implement Frencia-approved designs accurately.
- Coordinate and closely work with the Frencia sales team to help customers understand and follow Frencia exclusive showroom standards.
- Liaise with senior management to provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for showroom construction and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage branding and construction vendors/suppliers.
- Oversee execution of showroom branding, fixtures, and construction works.
- Manage repairs, replacements, and upgrades of damaged or outdated showroom elements to maintain brand consistency.
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met across all projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in showroom, retail, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and vendors.
- Good knowledge of materials, structures, and construction processes used in showroom/retail environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to travel to showroom sites as required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail or premium brand showroom execution
- Vendor negotiation and cost-control skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
