Lantern helps teams understand and control how they show up across AI models like ChatGPT and Claude.
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to own and execute Lantern’s presence across our blog, social channels, and events.
What You’ll Do
- Own content execution end-to-end Own our editorial engine and create long-form content including benchmark reports, blogs, customer stories, and thought leadership pieces
- Build Lantern’s voice & presence Turn product insights, founder ideas, and market trends into sharp, high-signal content
- Create visual + short-form assets Work with simple design tools (e.g. Figma, Canva) to produce clean, on-brand graphics, carousels, and lightweight video
- Repurpose content Turn one idea into blog posts, social threads, visuals, and newsletter.
- Own events Help plan, promote, and capture content around webinars, masterclasses, and small events
- Collaborate closely with founders Work directly with the founding team to ship fast and iterate
Who You Are
- 2–3 years in marketing, content, or a related role
- Taste for clean, modern, high-signal content (you know what “good” looks like)
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Canva/Figma.
- Naturally curious about AI
- Bias for action. You ship fast, iterate, and don’t wait for perfect
- Bonus: experience with LinkedIn and SEO
