Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in patients’ homes
- Administer medication and monitor patient wellbeing
- Support post-operative, elderly, chronic illness, and palliative care patients
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council practicing license
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable
- Experience in home-based care is an added advantage
