Diploma/Degree in Beverage Management, Hospitality or a related field, with certification in beverage handling.
Strong product knowledge in liquor and beverages, able to advise customers and upsell effectively
Skilled in inventory management, including stock rotation, replenishment and loss prevention.
Proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure smooth transactions.
Competent in cashier duties
Hands-on experience in liquor sales and providing excellent customer service.
