Must be a Kenyan Citizen;
Diploma in land surveying its equivalent from a recognized institution;
Membership to Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) or its equivalent;
Certificate in computer applications and;
Such other qualifications as may be adjudged equivalent by the County Public Service Board.
