Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Issuing Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the order preparation and issuance process, overseeing labor, and handling customer complaints efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage labor resources effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Good command of the English language.
- Familiarity with standard warehouse processes and procedures.
