Education: Bachelor of Commerce/Business Management in Finance, Accounting, Cooperative, Banking & Finance, or Entrepreneurship.
Secondary Education: Form IV with a mean grade of C+ (plus) and above.
Subject Grades: C plain and above in English/Kiswahili and Mathematics.
Age: Between 25–35 years.
Documentation: Certificate of good conduct.
Skills: Computer literate.
