Responsibilities:
- Provide professional pre-sales support: Respond to customer inquiries about hardware products, specifications, pricing and inventory, and offer accurate information to help customers make purchasing decisions.
- Manage the full order process: Track the progress of customer orders from confirmation, arrangement, delivery to final acceptance, update customers on status in real time, and resolve any abnormal issues that occur during the process.
- Handle after-sales service: Follow up on customer feedback, complaints and product problems after delivery, coordinate with internal teams (production, quality control, logistics) to solve problems efficiently, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Sort out and archive customer order information and demand records, and support regular business sorting and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or above education background.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, patient and detail-oriented when dealing with customer needs.
- Proficient in basic office software for information sorting and recording.
