Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with Kenyan labour laws
• Support performance management processes including appraisals and disciplinary procedures
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and staff welfare programmes
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
• Coordinate training and professional development initiatives
• Ensure statutory compliance with NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare HR reports and support management in workforce planning

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment law and labour regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an added advantage
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
