Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
Maintain and update employee records (physical and HRIS systems)
Assist in preparation of employment contracts and HR documents
Support handling of employee queries and concerns
Assist in identifying training needs
Coordinate training sessions and workshops
Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years)
Basic knowledge of Kenyan labour laws is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Membership or student membership with IHRM Kenya is an added advantage
