Job Purpose

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor will oversee housekeeping operations within assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene standards, and efficient allocation of housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping attendants to ensure daily cleaning schedules are effectively implemented.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to verify adherence to established cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Allocate duties and monitor performance of housekeeping staff.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Maintain inventory records for cleaning supplies and requisition replacements as needed.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Prepare operational reports and submit them to management as required.
