Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
• Handle guest concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the achievement of departmental performance and service goals.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior in line with hospitality standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to daily operations when required.
• Assist in organizing events, meetings, and special guest arrangements.
• Promote hotel, restaurant, or facility services to guests where appropriate.
