Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, practical and theory-based training
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
- Mentor and support students academically and professionally
- Ensure compliance with TVET/CDACC standards
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in the relevant field
- TVET Trainer Certification (TVET/CDACC/KSTVET) is highly preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years teaching or industry experience
- Strong practical skills and ability to deliver competency-based training
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills
- Registration with relevant professional bodies (for medical trainers) is an added advantage
