Who we want:
A designer who’s obsessed. Not “I like design.” Obsessed. You save ads in a swipe file. You can tell me the difference between a flyer that converts and one that just looks nice. You’ve designed real things for real businesses, not just school projects.
You should be able to:
- Open Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign without thinking
- Lay out a property flyer, a billboard, a social carousel, and a pitch deck — all in the same week
- Take a written brief and ship a first draft same day
- Take feedback without taking it personally
- Spot bad kerning from across the room
Who we don’t want:
- People who need three rounds of revisions to fix one thing
- People who go quiet when the work gets hard
- People who think creative work is about self-expression. It’s not. It’s about the client’s bottom line.
- The job: You’ll be designing across 5+ client brands every week. Real estate flyers, billboard concepts, social ads, decks, newsletters, brand systems. Volume is real. Quality bar is higher.
The deal:
- KES 50,000 net per month
- Full-time
- Direct mentorship from the founders on craft and strategy
- You’ll see your work on billboards, on phones, in homes — not buried in a portfolio
- Clear path to senior designer and a raise inside 12 months if you perform
