Graduate Sales – Data Analyst Job Tropical Heat
Looking for an entry-level IT job in Kenya? Tropical Heat is hiring a Graduate Sales – Data Analyst skilled in sales data analytics, market trend forecasting, performance reporting, and CRM tools.
Job Purpose:
The Graduate Data Analyst will support Tropical Heat’s business teams by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates to develop practical experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (sales, operations, marketing, etc.)
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform business decisions
- Assist in analyzing trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
- Collaborate with business teams to identify key metrics and insights
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments
- Maintain data accuracy and documentation for future analysis
- Continuously learn and develop skills in analytics tools and software (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of data analytics tools and software (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Interest in business operations and performance metrics
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience in data analytics is a plus
