Front Desk Duties:

  • Welcome and receive guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
  • Manage reservations and bookings
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/front desk area

Service (Waitressing) Duties:

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly arranged
  • Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction during their visit
  • Handle billing and payments where required
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
