  • Managing vehicle schedules and maintenance tracking; optimizing routes for field technicians; maintaining accurate regional inventory and dispatch data; and ensuring complete compliance with local transport regulations.

To be successful in this program, you should meet our core general requirements, alongside the specific traits for your chosen career track:

  • Education: A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) or final-year student holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, Communication, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Location & Availability: Must be residing in or willing to deploy to Nairobi and available to commit to a full-time, 12-month schedule.
  • Digital Literacy: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
  • Core Values: A strong alignment with our values of Service, Relationships, and Teamwork, featuring a positive attitude and a high level of personal integrity.

For the Fleet Administration Track

  • Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a knack for solving logistical puzzles.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and tracking metrics.
  • Asset (Preferred): A background or coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.
