- 2+ years of hands-on experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in executive support roles
- Strong knowledge of administrative tools, scheduling software and remote collaboration platforms
- Experience working on real-world virtual assistance or executive support projects
- Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), CRM and project management software Teaching or training experience is an added advantage
