The Role:
You will be the primary support for the “Level 1” leadership, assisting in the coordination of administration efforts
Mandate: Provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the CEO’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the CEO’s office to ensure focus remains on distillery relations and board-level priorities.
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and the senior management team (Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales).
- Coordinating high-stakes board and team meetings and strategy sessions.
Ideal Profile:
- A University Degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced computer literacy (Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
