Pay: A stipend will be given.
Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension based on performance)
About the Role
Our client, an events organizing company, is seeking two proactive and well-organized Email Outreach & Marketing Interns to support client acquisition efforts through email communication. The successful candidates will be responsible for sending outreach emails to prospective clients, following up on responses, and maintaining professional communication with leads.
This role is ideal for someone interested in digital communication, sales outreach, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Send outreach and promotional emails to prospective clients using provided contact lists
- Respond to email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication where necessary
- Keep records of sent emails, responses, and client interactions
- Support the team in nurturing potential client relationships
- Ensure all communication reflects the company’s brand and professionalism
- Assist in organizing and updating email databases and contact lists
- Work closely with the team to improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional email etiquette and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
- Must be willing to work full-time from the office
