Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, documents, packages, and company items to designated locations.
• Carry out deliveries, collections, and office errands efficiently and within scheduled timelines.
• Ensure proper handling and security of goods, documents, and deliveries while in transit.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle or motorcycle at all times.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle/motorcycle and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, deliveries, and mileage where required.
• Assist with loading and offloading items when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients, staff, and external partners.
• Support administrative or operational errands as assigned by management.
• Ensure all licenses, insurance, and vehicle documentation remain valid and up to date.

Qualifications & Experience

• KCSE Certificate.
• Valid driving license and motorcycle riding license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in driving, deliveries, or corporate errands.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Clean driving record with strong road safety awareness.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and time management skills
• Well-presented with a professional attitude.
