About The Role
Kingdom Sourcing Limited is seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of the AIWIBI baby care brand in Kenya. The role is responsible for building brand awareness, growing online communities, driving customer engagement, generating leads and sales, and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content
- Develop and execute monthly digital marketing plans for AIWIBI.
- Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate photo, video, and graphic content production.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
Community & Influencer Management
- Manage AIWIBI parent communities on WhatsApp, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Recruit, engage, and coordinate parent creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Monitor community conversations and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Organize online campaigns, competitions, and community engagement activities.
E-commerce & Website Support
- Support the management of the AIWIBI online store and marketplace listings.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales.
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing social media groups and communities
- Experience working with consumer brands, baby products, FMCG, or e-commerce businesses will be an added advantage
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Lead generation and customer acquisition cost.
- Return on advertising spend (ROAS).
- Timely delivery of campaigns and marketing reports.
