Shop Supervisor Job Sarai Afrique
The Shop Supervisor is responsible for leading the retail team to achieve sales targets while driving the growth and visibility of the brand. The role oversees daily shop operations, team performance, customer experience, business development, and brand-building initiatives to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate shop attendants.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and business development.
- Build strategic partnerships and identify new sales opportunities.
- carry out and oversee content creation, live selling sessions, photoshoots, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.
- Manage stock, inventory accuracy, and daily shop operations.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve sales.
- Represent and uphold the brand and company values at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Sales, Business, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Supervision role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, reliable, and highly organized.
- Good grooming and a professional appearance.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge is an added advantage.
