Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and camera-confident Content Creator who can bring the Glow Secret brand to life across social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who understands beauty culture, can engage diverse audiences, and produce compelling content that reflects our brand values—authenticity, expertise, and community.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality video and photo content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.
• Present beauty routines, product reviews, tutorials, and trends in an engaging and informative way.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and campaign goals.

On-Camera Engagement

• Serve as the on-screen face of the brand, confidently presenting to camera with energy, clarity, and authenticity.
• Host live sessions or product launches on social media platforms.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan content calendars that support sales campaigns, new collections, and promotional events.
• Provide creative input into brand storytelling and audience engagement strategies.

Technical Skills & Tools

• Use content creation tools (video editing apps, cameras, lighting, sound) to produce polished content.
• Edit and optimize videos for platform-specific requirements, ensuring high engagement quality.

Brand Representation

• Uphold the brand’s reputation by understanding skincare products and communicating their benefits clearly.
• Represent Glow Secret at events, influencer meetups, or relevant brand engagements as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong on-camera presence and confident public speaking.
• Excellent storytelling skills with creativity and aesthetic sense.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (video editing, photo editing, lighting setup, etc.).
• Deep understanding of social media trends, especially in beauty/skincare.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Desirable

• Background or experience in digital media, vlogging, or influencer marketing.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and lifestyle spaces.
