Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Content & Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing thought leader in the vacation rental (VR) industry.
This role goes beyond basic content creation. It requires someone who can capture raw ideas, orchestrate AI tools (especially Claude), and turn a single insight into high-quality, multi-platform content while maintaining a sharp, authentic, and non-generic brand voice.
You will be responsible for delivering monthly content across LinkedIn, blogs, YouTube, and newsletters, ensuring everything is insightful, engaging, and aligned with a results-driven personal brand.
Requirements (Essential)
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or content operations
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar), including prompt engineering
- Strong experience writing LinkedIn content and driving audience engagement
- Proven experience creating and editing YouTube videos (required)
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Experience managing or repurposing content across multiple platforms
- Strong editorial judgment (ability to remove AI tone and improve readability)
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting a personal brand or thought leadership content
- Familiarity with the vacation rental or hospitality industry
- Experience with tools like Canva, Midjourney, or similar for visual content creation
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Beehiiv, Substack, or similar)
