Lodwar Hills Hospital is a private hospital located in Lodwar Turkana County. In the provision of care the hospital focuses on excelling in provision of quality and complete care to the people using the modern technologies and competent professionals.

We are seeking to recruit a Dentist to fill the role and to enhance the hospitals provision of top-level dental services. The dentist will report to the Head of Clinical services and shall be assigned responsibilities as below:

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
• Preform preventive dental procedures
• Preform oral surgery procedures
• Prescribe medications
• Conduct examinations of patients
• Provide instructions to patients on oral hygiene
• Stay updated with industry best practices and maintain compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality, and ethical care

Qualifications

To be considered for this role one must have:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree or any other equivalent qualification from an Institutions recognized by Medical Practitioners and Dentists council
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in active practice dentistry
• Be registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist council with a good professional standing
• Computer literate with the ability to operate modern dental equipment
• communication and interpersonal skills
