A full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef de Partie at Peponi’s, running your section under the CDP and Sous Chef. You’ll execute to Peponi’s standards across pizza and prep, support training of commis chefs, and grow your craft in a fast-paced Neapolitan-style pizza kitchen. 

  • Run your assigned section – pizza, prep, or other, to Peponi’s standards
  • Support the CDP and Head Chef across daily service
  • Manage mise en place for your section, every shift
  • Follow SOPs for dough, prep, and station setup
  • Help train and guide commis chefs
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front of house
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support dough, prep, and oven work as needed

Skills

  • 2+ years experience as a Demi CDP, or strong Commis ready to step up
  • Experience with or strong interest in Neapolitan pizza
  • Solid technical kitchen skills — prep, knife work, station management
  • Reliable, organized, and clean
  • Open to learning and developing your craft
  • Strong communicator within a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
