Qualifications
- Diploma in a business-related field.
- At least 1 Year of working experience.
- Exposure in a customer service, sales/credit control, or call centre environment is an added advantage.
Key Skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer engagement & relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, & word with proficiency in using the collection system.
Salary Commission-Based
