Customer Care Representative (Entry Level)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to support our 24-hour operations and help deliver a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and make calls to clients regarding booking requests, confirmations, and service follow-ups
  • Capture and manage bookings using the company’s automated booking and dispatch system
  • Monitor trips and assist drivers in locating clients using the fleet management platform
  • Respond to client emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and issue quotations in line with company pricing guidelines
  • Log customer interactions and manage communications through the cloud-based call center system
  • Update booking records and maintain accurate service logs
  • Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding services, bookings, and trip status
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, IT, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills and comfort working with digital platforms and online systems
  • Ability to quickly learn and use dispatch, fleet management, and call center software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts including day and night shifts (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in customer service, logistics operations, or call center environments will be an added advantage
