Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in team management, as a loan field officer.
- Experience in selling Renewable Energy Technologies.
- Leadership, communication & relationship building skills.
- Self-driven, organized & target oriented.
- High integrity with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with accountability and responsibility.
- Proficient in MS Office
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
