Role Description:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s online reputation across digital platforms by ensuring compliance with community standards and supporting customer engagement.

  • Monitor and review user-generated content (posts, comments, messages) across platforms daily.
  • Respond to or flag inappropriate or harmful content within minutes.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk content while generating daily reports on review volumes and response times.
  • Keep the company’s digital presence modern and competitive by staying updated on digital norms and industry trends.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a high-volume, KPI-driven environment is preferred.

Skills: Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp); strong typing speed, accuracy, and computer literacy.
