About The Role
Enamax Diagnostics is seeking a proactive and driven graduate to join our team as a Consumer Health Associate.
This role focuses on supporting the rollout and expansion of diagnostic products across pharmacies and communities, while building awareness and engagement at the consumer level.
You will work directly with pharmacies, community groups, and end users to drive adoption, support product use, and ensure consistent market presence.
This role is suited for individuals who are energetic, hands-on, and comfortable working both in the field and with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard pharmacies and retail partners
- Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy teams
- Support distribution and availability of diagnostic products
- Conduct community engagement and training sessions
- Promote awareness and proper use of diagnostic products
- Maintain accurate records of customers and engagements
- Support tracking of product movement and market activity
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Pharmacy
- Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Must have graduated within the last 5 years
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence engaging with customers and community groups
- High level of initiative and execution ability
- Willingness to work in both field and office environment
