Location: Nairobi (Westlands)

Department: Enamax Diagnostics – Commercial

Enamax Diagnostics is seeking a driven and confident graduate to join our team as a Clinical Partnerships Associate.

This is a field-based role focused on building relationships with healthcare providers and driving adoption of diagnostic products across hospitals and laboratories.

You will work directly with clinicians, laboratory teams, and procurement units to develop partnerships, generate opportunities, and support revenue growth.

This role is suited for individuals who are energetic, resilient, and comfortable working in dynamic, real-world environments.

  • Conduct daily visits to hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and laboratory professionals
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
  • Support onboarding and engagement of new institutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups
  • Gather market intelligence on diagnostic practices and products
  • Contribute to development of a strong and active customer pipeline

Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Biotechnology
  • Biochemistry
  • Medical Laboratory Science or related field
  • Must have graduated within the last 5 years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals
  • Willingness to work in a field-based role
  • High levels of initiative and resilience
