Mashipei Spa is establishing a new wellness facility in Kitengela, Kenya, and is actively recruiting team members across multiple roles to support its launch and operations. The spa will offer treatments and services within the hospitality and wellness sector, requiring staff with experience in beauty therapy, barbering, reception, and facility maintenance.
The organization is hiring full-time employees to fill positions as beauticians, a barber, a receptionist, and a cleaner/spa assistant. This recruitment drive is open on a rolling basis, meaning applications are accepted and reviewed continuously until all positions are filled.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize spa facilities, treatment rooms, and common areas
- Support spa therapists and other staff with supply restocking and basic tasks
- Maintain high hygiene standards throughout the facility
- Assist with general spa operations as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed secondary school education or equivalent qualification
- Relevant certifications or training in your field (beauty therapy, barbering, or hospitality)
- Professional approach to client service and workplace conduct
