Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or Related
- 3+ years’ experience, preferably in a hospital, hotel, or institutional kitchen
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High level of discipline, reliability, and attention to detail
- Accommodation provided
