high kitchen and hygiene standards.

  • Prepare and cook dishes to required
  • quality and presentation standards.
  • Manage a section of the kitchen and
  • coordinate daily operations.
  • Ensure fresh ingredients, food
  • quality, and portion control.
  • Contribute to menu planning and
  • recipe development.
  • Lead, train, and guide junior chefs
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and
  • food safety standards.
  • Culinary qualification (Certificate or
  • Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a
  • Chef De Partie or similar role.
  • Excellent knife skills and cooking
  • techniques.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and
  • multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety
