Responsibilities
- Receive payments (cash, cheque, mobile money, card) and issue receipts
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit to the supervisor
- Verify and reconcile cash, deposits, and receipts
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payments
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or suspicious transactions
- immediately
- Support audits by providing required documentation

Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Familiarity with POS systems and MS Excel
- High level of integrity and honesty
- Good numerical and reconciliation skills
- Strong attention to detail
