CAD & Revit Designer Job

Role Purpose:
To prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models for projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, project managers, and design teams to develop detailed plans and revisions for construction or engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop architectural, structural, or MEP models and layouts.
- Interpret sketches, specifications, and technical designs into accurate drawings.
- Revise and update drawings based on project changes and feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project teams.
- Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.
- Support project planning, visualization, and presentations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
