Pedagogical training qualification such as DTTE, Trainer Qualification, or equivalent teaching certification.
Knowledge and understanding of Competency Based Education and Training (CBET) methodology and Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority requirements.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant teaching and/or industry experience
Ability to prepare lesson plans, assessments, and competency-based training materials.
Good communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Computer literacy and ability to use digital learning platforms.
