Job Purpose

The Beauty Therapist / Aesthetician will be responsible for delivering professional skincare and aesthetic treatments while ensuring exceptional client experience and maintaining high hygiene and professional standards. The role involves performing advanced facial treatments, laser hair removal procedures, conducting skin analysis, and providing personalized skincare consultations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Skincare & Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform laser hair removal procedures safely and professionally.
• Provide advanced facial treatments tailored to client skin needs.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend suitable skincare solutions.
• Deliver high-quality aesthetic services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client consultation notes.

Client Consultation & Customer Care

• Conduct professional consultations before treatments.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and aftercare procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.

Hygiene & Safety Standards

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of skincare products and equipment.
• Follow professional standards and operational procedures within the salon.

Teamwork & Professional Development

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations.
• Participate in training and continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge.
•  Stay updated on current beauty and skincare trends, products, and technologies.
• Support the salon in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Certification or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Experience in laser hair removal and advanced facial treatments.
• Knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and consultation techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Experience in lash lift and eyebrow tinting will be an added advantage.
