Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within assigned areas
- Assist guests professionally and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
- Handle equipment, tools, or service items with care and responsibility
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on duty
- Support supervisors in achieving departmental targets and service quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant training or experience in hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Technical skills required for HVAC/maintenance role
- Prior hotel experience is an added advantage
