Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and baking high-quality breads and buns while maintaining excellent hygiene and production standards.

Key duties:

• To prepare dough for a variety of breads and buns according to recipes and production schedules;
• To operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens and proofers;
• To monitor baking process to ensure consistent quality and texture;
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery;
• Ensuring proper storage of ingredients and finished products;
• Assisting in stock control and reporting shortages;
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives to grow the bakery’s customer base.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or relevant training in Baking and Pastry
• Proven experience in baking breads and buns
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Creative, self-motivated, reliable and results-oriented
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under significant pressure
• High level of professionalism and integrity
