Key Responsibilities
- Training in specific subject areas.
- Development of Technical training materials.
- Supervising trainees on attachment.
- Instructing, guiding, and evaluating trainees in practical exercises.
- Reporting on the progress and overall performance of individual trainees.
- Perform any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- Background training in Competency-Based Education Training (CBET).
- Pedagogy in Education, TVETA registration, and registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Be computer literate.
- Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
Salary: As per the existing MaTTI BOG Terms of Service.
