About Us
We are a fast-growing and innovative precast concrete manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality concrete precast products for commercial and residential projects. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled wheel-loader and Self-Loading Mixer Machine Operator with a passion for efficient production processes, quality output and high safety standards to join our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wheel loaders and self-loading concrete mixers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load material aggregates into a batching plant with the wheel loader.
- Ensure proper mixing, transporting and discharge of concrete from self-loading mixers according to job requirements.
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of machinery, checking oil, fuel, hydraulic systems, and other essential components.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and traffic management rules.
- Accurately record equipment hours, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Report any mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly for repairs.
- Assist with other site duties when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid operator’s license for heavy machinery.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating wheel loaders and/or self-loading mixers.
- Knowledge of safe operating procedures and occupational health & safety standards.
- Ability to carry out basic preventive maintenance.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Physical stamina to operate machinery for extended hours in various weather conditions.
