Roseguards Security Limited is seeking an experienced, responsible, and committed team member to take up the role of Field Security Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who wish to grow their career by leading a team and contributing to the continued excellence in service delivery that defines Roseguards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily deployment and discipline of guards at assigned sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client instructions and SOPs.
• Conduct routine and ad hoc site visits and spot checks.
• Handle incident reporting and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Liaise with clients to address service concerns and escalate unresolved issues.
• Train, coach, and mentor guards to maintain high performance standards.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on operations and personnel matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior guard or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and conflict resolution skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to ride a motorbike with a valid license.
• Clean disciplinary record.
• Certificate of Good Conduct and other relevant clearances are an added advantage.
