- Trade Test Certificate (Grade I/II/III) in Welding & Fabrication from a recognized institution (e.g., NITA, TVET).
- Valid Welder Qualification Certificate in at least one process (ARC, MIG, TIG, or Laser).
- KCSE Certificate (D plain and above) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in industrial welding, fabrication, or construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
- Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of PPE.

Added Advantage
- Multi-process certification (ARC, MIG, TIG, Laser).
- Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
- Familiarity with ISO 9606 / ASME IX standards.
- Previous work on energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as assigned.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support project teams with assembly, installation, and repair works.
